Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it, returns postage is the customers responsibility. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our exchange service -  if you wish to exchange your item, you can contact us at haltequestrian@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, and your return is received we will re-ship free of charge to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, please also make sure that you have your details of the exchange in the return so we can process it quickly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, we also cannot accept returns from damage done by equidry coats or this style of coat, the velcro must be done up correctly on your coat otherwise it will cause friction to the fabrics, this is beyond our control and no refund or exchange will be given. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Checklist:

1. The item is free from any marks and the tags are still attached.

2. The item was not purchased longer than 30 days ago.

3. The product can be returned in line with our returns and exchanges policy.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging, we will re-ship free of charge.

5. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.
